Extended Christmas Resizing Policy
We are extending our free resizing period to January 15, 2019 for all orders placed after November 1, 2018! You don’t have to worry about buying a gift too soon, or avoiding a gift based on not knowing the exact ring size of the recipient.
We offer one FREE resizing (within 2 full sizes) of your ring within 30 days of the original shipment date. This includes items that have been engraved, though there may be an additional charge for re-engraving. You will also be responsible for any related shipping cost.
If you require a resizing of more than 2 full sizes, or you are beyond the free resizing period, we would still be happy to perform the resize for you, for a reasonable fee.
To have a ring resized, please follow the link to our Request Resizing Form.
Due to the nature of tungsten, cobalt, ceramic and stainless steel, we cannot offer free resizing for rings made of those metals. We do have an exchange program for our tungsten, cobalt and ceramic rings. Please contact us for more information.
Ring Sizing Tips
Finding your ring size is very simple. For the most accuracy, measure the inside diameter of an existing ring (worn on the same hand and finger), and then find that measurement on the Ring Sizing Chart. If you don’t have a ring to use, follow these easy steps:
- Cut a strip of paper long enough to fit around your finger
- Wrap the paper around your finger, just above the knuckle, and mark the point at which the two ends meet
- Measure the paper from mark to mark
- Find that measurement on the Ring Sizing Chart to locate your size
The average ring size for women is size 7 (for US and Canada) or size N½ (for UK and Australia).
The average ring size for men is size 10 (for US and Canada) or size T½ (for UK and Australia).
When measuring to determine ring size, ensure that you are measuring the exact finger (and hand) where the ring will be worn.
When determining the ring size from an existing ring, ensure that the ring you choose to measure is worn on the exact finger as the new ring.
A ring should fit secure enough so that it will never fall off. It should have a loose comfortable fit when sliding it over your knuckle.
